Standing ovation for The King

Season ended with a good game and the team managing to stay in division 2 (we had no wish to progress to div 1 or to drop to div 3). We filled our set targets for the season. We will also say good bye our best ever midfielder Elton "The King" Irebo while he is taking his last train to Trancentral. Having been an integral part of the team for 22(!!) seasons he still plays on a level most can just dream about even though he is 38 years old. He is also record holder: highest amount of appearances, highest amount of assists in the history of the club! Sad to see him go... but what we hear is that he will fulfill a few of his long time dreams as he quits football - he is joining Metallica on their European tour as their roadie and also stars in an adult entertainment movie! Way to go Elton!
