Winner Takes it All
This weekend we managed to get a 2-0 win against Serrinha Academy without our main man up front. Serrinha are now in full rebuild mode though, so we expected that win. What we secretly hoped for was Censurados to do us a favor and beat Temporarily United to hand us the title. Unfortunately despite giving them a good game it ended in draw, meaning our win only worked to put Morrowind out of the race, but didn't really change anything with Temp.

Thanks to the way X11 work out who wins it means any kind of win for Temporarily United next weekend will mean we finish level on points but will give them the title, and if they win by just 1 goal they will win on goals scored! We've lost the title before on goal difference so to lose it on goals scored really would take the biscuit.

We do have the slight advantage as we can win or draw and still win the title. It goes against everything we normally do, we pride ourselves on attacking and trying to win every game. But our GA shows we know how to defend, we've only conceded 4 goals in 13 top flight matches, and that's in games we've been attacking and trying to win. So it makes sense if we pack the defence, kick them off the park and shut the game down at every opportunity we should come out of it with a 0-0 and most importantly the title.

Either way its gonna be good game to finish the season on, Glasgow v Edinburgh. Good luck Rumpy. Lets go.
