South Hooligans
Division 1a, Dream League
Entraîneur: Sommers
Horrible CR a sign of things to come?
After going into the final round of Division 1a in fourth place, amazingly South Hooligans now find themselves on the move back into the Dream League thanks to a tight 1-0 win over The Czars in our promotion play-off a couple of days ago.

The boys are surprised as anyone that we've made it all the way back to the top division, but it's much different this time around. Our aim a few seasons ago was just to see if we were good enough to reach this level again - so we've achieved that goal and it's something the club is proud of. But we are realistic too - our players are just nowhere near the skill level of the top few teams in the league (talking starting 11 here) - and we fully expect to be relegated after one season.

At best and with a lot of luck, a top 5 spot might not be out of the question, but the likes of Shady Rebels and Spurs Kickers are just so far ahead of the chasing pack it'll yet again be a battle of two. The Hateful Eight, champions of Div 1b, look to be the best 'outsider', but it'll be an interesting battle from 3rd-8th.

Our change report was absolutely horrible and we really didn't see much improvement across the squad at all. All of our players are at least 1-2 skill bars below the level needed to challenge and we are 1-2 star midfielders short of being any threat to the top teams... but being dead broke means that a problem we just won't be able to solve anytime soon.

A tough few months coming up for the boys...
