conveyor style team
There are two ways you can build your team: either you start with all young players of the same age and get them to maturity at the same time, or you build a conveyor team that consists of both young and older players.
I have seen conveyor teams doing well in medium to small leagues. I guess it's a fun way to play the game, but it's not going to guarantee you winning titles.
I never implemented this system, because I'm a pragmatic person, and it would frustrate me for someone to just use the first method and for me to not stand a chance with my funny little conveyor team.
It would be interesting to play in a league where rules were such that require you to use a conveyor team.
