White Swans
Division 3f, The Xpert Ladies
Manager: TonyBrazil
All swagger no stagger

"Where's the defense?" White Swans manager Tony Brazil throws his hands in the air in disgust as Jaseras open the scoring. Unfortunately he was holding his refreshments at the time and what goes up must come down, seconds later Brazil is covered in energy drink and french fries.

The half time talk in the away dressing room of Jaseras' Jaseri arena was energetic and Brazil has a chip on his shoulder regarding losing away matches. The manager is angry, hungry, and hungry to smash the away match losing streak hoo doo.

Swans raise their game and within five minutes of the restart they equalise, then shortly after take the lead. Violet Mann is a woman possessed, scoring the first goal and assisting the second. Brazil joins in the fans' chant to the song Can The Can, "Make a stand for your Mann honey, Violet Mann, Violet Mann, Violet Mann".

Things get better as Gaucha scores her second and Swans' third, and the chants switch to the tune of Macho Man, "Gaucha, Gaucha Woman, Gaucha, Gaucha Woman." The chants are basic but powerful, with a roar at full time full of primeval emotion. The players and Brazil join in with the fans in an extended post-match, on-field display of celebration.

Back home for the second leg of a cup match, the Blitz Ballroom is a carnival as Swans glide through the Locomotives, Mann and Gaucha scoring two of their three goals. The two players combine for Swans' late, third goal so you can imagine the chanting going on.

As the celebrations die down Brazil is called upon to speak to the press, "after Jaseras' goal could have knocked us for six, this week has been all swagger no stagger. As Suzi Quatro would say, we are now 'Stumblin' In' to promotion and cup contention."
