Snipers Edge
Division 3g, Xpert International
Manager: K7Sniper
Top of the table and top of the USA!
With the final whistle sounding on the final match of the season, the Sniper's Edge faithful let out a cheer; They are advancing back into Series 3. On a rather uneventful 0-0 draw against the Chigago Fire, the squad from Sniper's Edge remains at the top of the table, securing advancement after a solid season. With only one loss to their name coming against the Firebirds, Sniper's Edge finishes the season with 35 points and a solid 6 point lead over the next squad. Not only that, but their manager finds themselves at the top of the rankings for United States-based managers for the first time in their career.

"You know, this is probably the happiest I've ever been with a draw." the manager K7 stated to the press after the match. "We came out of this season with 11 wins, 2 draws, and only 1 loss. After coming here to this squad the previous season I knew there was going to need to be some adjustments needed. Finishing last season with 5 straight losses confirmed that. But the offseason was met with a desire to regain this squads former glory. We had to break into our coffers and make a couple moves and acquisitions, but so far, they've all borne fruit. And as you see, there are the seeds for brilliance here. Our core is reaching their prime, so now is the time to push our advancement back into the higher tables."

The manager was pressed on the updated managerial rankings as well.

"It's certainly an achievement to be sure. Getting that #1 next to my name is not an easy task, especially given the quality of managers from the US. Hopefully I can prove the rankings right and make that expected impact. Can't let up now."

Up next, Sniper's Edge faces off against Mr. Incredible in a friendly to finish off the season, a fitting cap off against a squad that made quite a splash in the Cup tourney.
