27 |
Today we've made history. I am the first manager to get to 27 manager skill bars in the history of the game.
72 games
- 60 wins (83.33%) - 12 draws (16.66%) - 0 losses (0%)
I think 72 might be the maximum the game allows you to play in a 6 month period, so I've played all of them.
Every 3.13 games in average I've added 1 manager skill bar. Anything even remotely close to 3.5 games / skill bar is very good, and around 3 games / skill bar is extremely impressive.
38x 5 star games (52.78%) 26x 4 star games (36.11%) 8x 3 star games (11.11%)
From a point of view of stars the stretch is great, but not spectacular by any means. 8x 3 star games is a little bit sloppy, but in most of the games it was due to our opponents playing bruise with a non-bruise referee or not making the tactics at all. I've had some real powerful 5 star games to counter balance these 8 games.
On top of these, out of 26 games with 4 stars, we could have improved to 5 stars in at least 10 games I would say, but overall it seems that plenty of 4 star tactics were really close to 5 stars, orherwise we wouldn't be close to the record.
In theory one could get with so many games played to an even better record. 29-30 I would say is probably realistically achievable, but so many pieces have to fit in their place that there is a reason no one got to 27 until now and only a few managers even got to 25.
The most impressive part is the W-D-L columns, with a 60-12-0 record, this is historically awesome and it will be hard to be topped. Playing so many games in a 6 month timeframe is the most difficult part.
Funny how winning can change the perception, 9-12 months ago I was not satisfied at all with the Tour de France project, and now after 2 more XCL wins and a couple of records achieved, I am more than happy.
Now records are meant to be broken, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Johnltk, he got to 26 earlier in the year with much less games (which is mind-boggling to be honest) and with the team he has and the skill he demonstrated, I will put pressure and challenge him to equal this record or top it.
Press was written and statistics were analysed using the phone so I apologise if there are any small mistakes.
