With only four games played and a gap of six points manager Bob Noble is under no illusion that things have to change and change now.
The disillusioned manager said:
"We got off the a similar start last season but left it too late to do anything about it and we don't intend making the same mistake again this season,
"But matters were serverley compounded this evening in our away match against Racing Palle who decided in their wisdom to play bruise with a harsh 9 referee.
This resulted in 6 yellows and eventually a red card, but more importantly for us sidelined our best midfielder for the next four matches."
The manager and the board will have late night discussions as to delve into the transfer market or not, so watch this space!
