Angels Claim Back To Back Double!
Kelly's Angel's have completed what has been a fantastic season for the club, By claiming an excellent league and cup double for the second season running.
The Angels claimed the league title in what was their second season in the top flight, Winning it was a great achievement, But the manner and ease of which they did it was exceptional.
The league cup was a totally different challenge though, Going into it as defending champions was a tough task in its self, Was never going to be easy, But somehow they managed it!, Winning the final with a comfortable 2-0 victory, Making it now three league cup wins on the spin.
The league and cup double was complete!, And to win the league cup back to back for a third time made it all that sweeter, What will next season bring..., Who knows, One thing is certain it should make for another interesting campaign for the angels,
We caught up with the very happy and overwhelmed looking manager and here is what he had to say, "I'am totally and utterly stunned and shocked to be honest, But very proud and pleased for team, The player's have shown great courage and character this season, They truely deserve this!, We shall enjoy the moment for now, And then the hard work will start again, We need to make sure we are ready, The target is on our backs now, But to be honest I wouldn't want it any other way!, Bring it on!."
Well there you have it!, The angels are double winners yet again, What an achievement from there manager and the players, Next question now is can they add more silverware to what they have already achieved, Watch this space!!!!!.
