The Symptoms
Gmswjambo's PA, Mrs Trellis of North Wales, is starting to feel like she's getting on a bit. This was confirmed in a recent discussion with her good friend Agnes. It went like this:
Trellis: I think I'm having trouble hearing lately.
Agnes: Can you describe the symptoms?
Trellis: Homer's the dad, a fat, balding guy with no chin; and Marge is the mother, she's got a big blue beehive. Reg thinks she's hot, in a weird kind of way.
Agnes: I think you might be right.
Trellis: I didn't know your brain was buttered that side, Agnes. Oh well, you live and learn. Crumpet?
Meanwhile, Gmswjambo's Sons of Appolo confirmed safety from relegation with a 2-0 win over Torino Olimica Calcio, and may even have a shot at promotion, being as they are 4th in the table, but just 4 points off leaders Die Krausen 11.
With the top two facing off next, while Sons travel to basement side Caol Ila FC, Sons could find themselves right in the mix going into the final game, Die Krausen at ours. That could be a cracker.
