Champions
Cambourne Town have been crowned champions of Division 6:35 after today's 6-0 victory over Barcelos.
Goals from Murray Whalley (2), Sancho Magalhaes (2), Richard Bikoyoi and Camden Jess secured the fantastic result.
"We have enjoyed a fantastic season - we've been able to use our young players well in the league, which will give us a good squad for the new season" the manager said.
When asked for his transfer plans, the manager said, "this transfer window will be about evolution rather than revolution. We are looking to add one or two quality players instead of any wholescale changes"
The future of defender Tino De Angelo, who will shortly turn 34, is said to be uncertain, but the manager would not be drawn on this.
