First time
This is my first time as manager for JAPAN that Im up in division 3. It's exciting and tje target is to stay here. The team has a small chance to get better still, so a push for a win and division 2 might happen witihin a season or two with some luck.
But all teams feel quite similar in strength, so it will be an interesting season.
