Loss to Vardø IL
Cry me a River Plate fell to a 3-1 defeat to Vardø IL in the 8th match of Season 70 of the Super League.
Being away from home certainly didn't help Cry Me, however the real reason for the defeat was the fact that Vardø IL's squad was simply higher skilled.
Tactically both managers achieved a 3 star rating, so pretty mediocre all round. That being said, Cry Me had 61% possession and 6 chances to 4, so perhaps the main reason for the defeat was the fact that Cry Me's goalkeeper played at skill 6 whereas Vardø IL's goalkeeper played at skill 19!
