TSV Disappointment Continues
After last weekend's Cup disappointment, this week didn't get any better for TSV supporters, who had to sit through a heavy home defeat as their team lost 3-0 against Emmets Construction. They are now locked in a relegation battle with the Kamikazi Kings, though mathematically, any team from 2nd to 6th place at the moment could occupy 6th place at the end of the season.
The Kings certainly have their sights fixed firmly on a bigger prize and in his press conference today the TSV manager wished them the best of luck in the Cup. When asked if that comment was made in the hope that the King's may get distracted from the relegation battle, he replied, not at all. TSV have player development considerations to take into account and if that leads to a spell in Division 2, then so be it.
