The Chaos Cartel is a place where the sophisticated and intelligent X11 managers like to hang out, let their hair down and go fucking mental. If you are looking for an active league where all the managers also want to win and talk tactics as well as just have a ton of fun, this is the place!

Home to the many of the finest managers past and present this site has seen, The Chaos Cartel is one of the most prestigious leagues on the site with it's own unique brand. With the competition to win being fierce if you want a great challenge at trying to take a team to the top and win the famous Chaos Cartel trophy then sign up. Consistently since it's inception being ranked in the top 5 and ranked number 1 for a lengthy period.

There are no rules, it's a very laid back league, with a great atmosphere. With managers from 18 Countries currently represented in the league it is a very cosmopolitan league.
