Fed up of some teams getting lucky with youths, whilst you have to put up with fragile 2 skillers? WELL SCREW LUCK!! This league will be about management, management and more management!

The idea is when you get a team, you can sell who you like but you can ONLY buy 16 or 17 year olds. When you are happy with your squad, you can keep them as long as you like and develop them as much as you want - you don't have to sell them off once they turn 20, for example like some other youth development leagues do. The only stipulation is once they're sold, you replace them with more 16 and 17 year olds and start the process again. Youths who exceed this limit (youths that are older than 17) are not allowed to be promoted.

The whole idea is it essentially takes away every part of the game, and leaves just tactics and the development skill of the manager. The fact you'll be fighting for 16 year olds, which are not in great supply, will mean you'll likely be fighting fellow league members for the players. Of course you'll also be fighting for 17 year olds which are as common as muck. How far will you go to get your player? Can you master the market? Join us and find out.
