| Nice numbers, I bet you are a beast in the ring. I'd love to hit those numbers but the cut is affecting my strength a bit, just telling myself it's for the better. Once I'm bulking again I'd love to hit 120kg bench! |

| No straps, just chalk. Bench is 110kg, squat is 135kg but that's ass to grass, I've done more parallel but squatting DEEP now! |

| The coaches doesn`t exactly need to be from the Xpert League to take part in XL team. They can represent another Expert League, but still take part in XL for an example. |

| It can be changed. Mike has not got replys back from some of the coaches that said from the start that they would be a part. If he not hear from them by Monday, then the spaces is probably still open for the Xpert League. |
