| True. Giving up is easily done when you feel frustrated, tired, and so on. It's a very bad circle too, as giving up may be easy but can lead to one feeling even worse about oneself. It's a bit like X11 really, you just need to try things out and see how it works... |

| Zyzz was one hell of a personality. I can see why people loved him - it's safe to say he had some confidence in himself! I also like Greg Plitt. Quite an intense guy. But sharp-minded and a determination like few. |

| I don't think I have the same passion for it as you have - my passion is more music I'd say, but I still find it motivating/fulfilling enough to be serious with it. My goals? It's mostly vanity I believe. But then again, it goes hand in hand with feeling good... |

| Maybe you'll become the new Zyzz? Going from real skinny to the king of aesthetics. It's also interesting to see people take so many different roads - what seems to work for one doesn't seem to work as well for another so the programs vary from person to person. |

Indeed it is, and a lot of that satisfaction also comes from the fact that it takes a lot of pain & determination to achieve a true transformation, so many factors involved. Is it more the vanity that drives you or more a matter of how it makes you feel?

| I think improving oneself in any regard is fulfilling in it's own way, be it mentally, emotionally, physically, econimcally or in lifestyle - it's all good. You even play rugby, don't you? Yeah, it was a nice win, shame I'll have it even tougher in the next game. |
