We didn't play too bad tonight, Caldwell should never have been sent off but WTF was Stojkovic doing in goal? Hopefully I'll never see him again, get Mike Pollitt back in goal please.

Mistra - 2010-03-28 21:56
thanks Tommy...yeah, don't have much time anymore + i've started to put more focus on my tactics, and less on scribble, as you can see:D

Good luck with your title decider next week. That's a damn good run you've been on!

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 22:11
a really decent player.

We got stuck in traffic coming through Standish Lower Ground so had to run to the stadium to get to the seats.

May be easier meeting up in the concourse at HT for a chat. It was your dad in the orange coat then, "bloody hell wigan" - must here that 100 times per match!!

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 22:10
Twas a massive win, I always felt there was a goal in the game for someone, both teams looked like scoring without really testing the keepers out.

Martinez baffles me at times, why play 4 central mids and push McCarthy on the right when you have Moses on the bench? McCarthy played well and looks

Fantastic, 4 weeks of watching the World Cup, 3 matches a day, in the pub in the afternoon, in the pub in the evening and then back to the pub for night time. Lucky lad :)

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 00:46
had invaded for the football.

Happy days, make the most of it, it'll be over before you know it and you'll be into the real world ;)

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 00:45
Tell me about it.

I graduated in 1996 from Salford Uni, finished my last exam and Euro 96 had just started. Had the Scotland, Holland, Spain and Germany games during the 2 weeks before we got kicked out. Partied a lot, drank a lot, had a fantastic time in Manchester with all the foreigners that

I'll be sat with my 6 year old lad to my left and a woman to the right (who is not my mum!)

I'm a few years older than you but remember what it was like to be your age and at University!

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 00:26
It's a huge game, not a must win but certainly a musn't lose game!

So if I look back to my left about 6 seats I should spot you then? I think I've seen your mates the last few weeks. You sit near that old bloke to the right who curses everyone (he's probably your dad!) Lol

PapaBear - 2010-03-20 00:12
You at the Burnley game tomorrow Tommy? First Saturday game in a good few weeks. If we win tomorrow I'll almost feel like we're safe.

PapaBear - 2010-03-13 22:30
Saw the score and read the right up, does not sound good but after Monday night I can forgive them. The home games are the key, think I said before, the games at home to the bottom 3 are critical but can't see Hull or Burnley getting many more points. I'll happily take 17th now!

PapaBear - 2010-03-09 09:08
Hope so, but the game on Saturday isn't as critical now, we at least have some breathing space. The three big games are Pompey, Hull and Burnley at home.

Play like that though and we'll be out of trouble in no time.

The DW rocked tonight, even better than the Chelsea game! What a result, thoroughly deserved against the cheating scumbag scousers! Hugo may be out for a while, looked like he pulled a hamstring but who cares after that!
