As what I've heard he's an invaluable asset in the locker room and passionately boosting his mates through all matches. And he plays nearly for free, just for the sheer joy of being wanted and needed.
To me he's a hero. |

This is when he showed his a true professional, telling Peter Forsberg: "I'll be back". Then he returned to Canada and spent two months of merciless training - and came back as a really decent skater. |

...to the ones who dares to hurt his team mates.
Anyways, I think Brashear imagined an easy amateur league, but got totally shocked when realizing the amazing speed of hockey and skill of skating in Sweden. In his first games he was like a paralyzed giant surrounded by hornets. |

However, I was not the only one to see why: Brashear is here because Forsberg got fed up with seeing the MoDo youngsters being constantly being thrashed by Swedish goons in every match. Donald's not expected to be the best player on ice - he's in the team to encourage the players and bring vengeance |

My father and I love him. But this is a working class town were most people spend their time whining and criticising each other. So, many of my MoDo friends said "Sigh, why did Peter Forsberg bring this pathetic no good has been here? Just a publicity stunt."

... featuring bad boy Donald Brashear returning from Canada. "Ok, he's gonna get some minutes to annoy the away team", we thought. Well, MoDo desperately tryed to score, but nothing happened. Then Brashear stepped on to the ice - AND SCORED. |

Forgot to tell you, dude:
MoDo Hockey had a tough season and are now playing qualifying games trying to stay in the top division. Personally, I'm a Brynäs supporter (BJ Salming), but as my father is a MoDo fan I joined him at the first qualifying match... |
