In the MSE only
In the official leagues it's not worth it to have a team in the top division because I you loose too many matches your rank will drop :S
If I want I can apply for a new team in the official but when I think I say that its better that I remain with my current team |

And now at the end of the season no teams from div 6,7,8 will be promoted because Pots will change the format because the league is too long.
