Sporting Erasmus
Division 4a, The Xpert Ladies
Manager: SteveChosenOne
Positives / perspective

Sporting may be going DOWN again, but there is still NO sign yet of their manager being on the way OUT.

At the press event following this morning's early board meeting - after the latest change report had been published - the following statements were issued:
  1. The executives are mindful of the fact that there was a combined total of 66 injury days last season, a sign that the squad is quickly aging and needs new blood.
  2. The change report has brought a number of positives as regards youth development, including a 2-bar jump for Alanis Morrissette after just 21 games with the club (Isn't it ironic? Don't you think?).
  3. A special mention goes to veteran striker Lena Ramfjord who clinched the golden boot for Division 4k. She will be an invaluable mentor to Michelle Ryan and any other youngsters who come through the system in the near future.
  4. SteveChosenOne's managerial tenure to be reviewed based on performance in the first half of the new season back in the 5th Division.
It's thought that SteveChosenOne will wait to see what if some quality youth players are going to come through the academy and perhaps the transfer market before deciding on his next move.
