....all I want for Christmas is promotion to Division 4. Is that too much to ask? Well, despite the fact that it's Christmas, there will be no easy presents given out and Knights will have to work for promotion to Division 4. The team mathematically made certain they would finish in the top 2 this season after a 7-0 win over Manchester United B and now Belfast City are all that remains before the season ends. Or it would be the final game were it not for the fact that we are definitely going to be in the play-offs this season. Mathematically we can still win the division but it requires The King Punks to lose their final game. They are playing Red FC so... yeah, that's not going to happen, we're going to finish second. This is going to be the final week for Raymond Hargreaves as a Knights player. He has been a fantastic servant to the club and one of our favourite players for a long period of time. We are delighted he has served us for so long and he has been a key part of our promotion challenge this season. We want Hargreaves to go out on a high and help the team get promoted before he passes the number 11 shirt over to Silvio Sbaccanti. Hargreaves is a real club legend, the manager still remembers when he signed the guy as a 17 year old. Funny to think it's been 6 and a half years since then and now he is retiring.
