RSole linked with Omega FC

Hall of Famer RSole is being strongly linked with the vacancy at XCL Quarter Finalsts Omega FC and fans are said to be very excited at the prospect of the much sought after manager taking the reigns at their beloved club. When asked about the vacancy RSole said "It's very tempting and there's no doubt in my mind that I could bring further success to the club.  I am very conscious that the record I hold for being the shortest serving manager at a club to win the Xpert Champions League could be broken by another manager.  The only way ensure no one breaks my record would be to take the job on and attempt to break the record myself.  However, I like to spend a bit longer at a club before aiming for glory; another two or three weeks would have been good.  I'm not sure I would have enough time to get myself properly acquainted before the 2nd leg of the XCL Quarter Final was played.  I'll have to give it some serious thought over the next few minutes". When asked about how he felt the X11 community would react if he was given the job, he replied "Well, I think I'm loved throughout the game so I'm sure my appointment would receive unanimous support and I would receive congratulations from all quarters of the game". The final comment he gave to the throng of reporters gathered at the gates of his mansion was after he was asked if he felt the team is good enough to win XCL: "The team isn't the strongest left in the competition but I've shown before that you don't need the strongest team to win that competition.... I'm sure I would be able to find the tactics that would bring the best out of the team and that would ultimately lead to Omega FC lifting the XCL Trophy". After his comments bookies stopped taking bets on RSole being named the new Omega FC manager and a number of newspapers ran with the Headline "RSole's Appointment as Omega Boss Imminent"
