Cup Triumph
Form is temporary, class is permanent, that's what it says on the league team logo, not sure how class we are, in honestly not that class compared to others in the Pro League, a league that has so many good managers, title winners, cup winners, and team builders.

However for one day only we were class, I would go as far to say that we were world class, certainly in the luck department. To be fair we put in the hard yards, we slogged through 8 rounds or however many games it is, we spent crazy money rectifying huge drops of form and as a result had to sell a player to keep it all going but of course when you win a cup or a trophy of any kind it's money well spent.

What people forget though is the losing finalist, nobody remembers them, so I'd like to give credit to Huff Town and the manager Peabagh. Two manager of the weeks historically, a team on the up who's players always throw in huge performances and one who will with a bit of luck be in the same division as me next season. The cost would've been been just as bad and to end up with nothing come the end must be pretty depressing. To top it off, tactically I think I got away with one, had I been on the receiving end then I may be considering lacing the opposition managers tea with rat poison.

At the end of the day we came out on top and that's what mattered when it was all said and done, the trophy sits on my mantle piece, and it's something in the game completed which was another big tick, along with winning the Pro League which is the overall target. We go on to compete in the XCL where I fully expect to get slaughtered though we will try our best.

Big thanks to those who supported me, and my opponents for being great sports, especially Peabagh.
